These photos were taken a while back when the weather was lovely here in London. However, it looks as though the fabulous sun is returning to London yet again! Weather Predictions for this week: 26, 26, 26 and some more 26 degrees!! Can’t WAIT! Today I am planning to go for another long run, along with the BioFirm tablets and no sweets, I am trying to squeeze in at least 36 km in total each week. This week I hope to make 42 KM because I am also doing the Race For Life run on Sunday. It’s going to be amazing in this weather! So far I haven’t noticed any difference whilst using BioFirm, but it’s only been 4 days so we’ll see! Have a great Tuesday!

Hello Everyone! So, a bit of a recap of my time spent in New York! As you know I went to a Boxing Match on Saturday evening, however, I (as oblivious as I am) did not realise that was for the World Champion Middleweight Title. The fight was Sergio Martinez (current champion) against Matthew Macklin in Madison Square Garden on St. Patrick’s day. This was a fantastic show completely packed with Irish people to support Macklin, however, Sergio protected and kept his title. This is something I definitely recommend doing in New York, it was so much fun! The next morning I had to get up extremely early to run the New York Half Marathon. That was a great experience! Not only did I get to run through Central Park (which was gorgeous), I got to run through Times Square and see it not packed with people! Definitely a “To Do” on any Bucket List! The rest of the day was spent walking like a cripple, buying a well-deserved two pair of shoes from Saks Fifth Avenue and walking around Central Park! I hope you are having a good time!
